Where will the activities take place?
The workshops and daily activities will be hosted both at ChiloChill and Casa Tara. The itinerary will alternate between both locations.
What does the rate cover?
Everything is included but airfare! Lodging, ground transportation, daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and all activities from the itinerary: yoga and breathwork, paddleboarding and kayaking, the ocean safari tour, and the poetry workshops.
Are plane tickets included?
No, you are responsible for arranging and booking your flights.
Which airport do I fly into?
Please arrange your flights into the Cabo San Lucas (SJD) airport.
Are there a limited number of spots?
In order to provide an intimate and connected experience for all participants, the retreat is limited to 25 spots.
Is the accommodation shared or private?
The accommodation set-up will depend on your choice of pricing. If you prefer to have your own private room, a limited number of single occupancy rooms are available. If you are open to sharing your room with someone, on separate beds, you can select the double occupancy rooms.
Are the workshop sessions or activities optional?
Nothing is imposed, however we do recommend joining all workshop sessions and planned activities to get the most out of the retreat.
When will the full itinerary be available?
The full itinerary will be shared to retreat attendees closer to the start date.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
A transfer from the Cabo San Lucas airport to La Ventana will be offered, departing at 1pm on Sunday May 7th. Please arrange flights accordingly if you wish to be on the shuttle.
What if I have a specific diet?
Both venues (ChiloChill and Casa Tara) can accommodate any dietary restrictions - vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or any more specific allergies.
Is there internet/wi-fi available at the hotels?
Yes, free wifi is available at both locations.
What if I have to cancel?
There is a 30 day cancellation window. Please reach out to hello@in-q.com if anything comes up!
Do I need a passport or a visa to enter Mexico?
You must have a valid passport with at least one blank page to enter Mexico. Visas are not required.
Will we have our own time to explore La Ventana? What is there to do?
Yes, there will be dedicated free time for you to do your own thing and have some downtime.
What will the weather be like?
La Ventana is known for its pleasantly warm weather in May, usually in the 70-90°F range. Expect hot days and breezy evenings.
